The countdown to resumption has begun…
Back to school has looked different the last few years. With so much uncertainty in our world, it is more important now than ever before to cover our family in prayer. While yes there is sickness, evil, violence, and bullying out there, we serve a BIG God, who spoke the universe into existence with a word, let’s not forget that….
Back to school normally leaves me with mixed feelings, but in the last few years, it has felt so much bigger. New nerves, new things to consider. Anyone else?
As a mother I’ve quickly learned I can’t control everything about my children’s lives, but one thing I know to be true is prayer changes things.
We can’t control the world right now, but we can pray. And we can go to God’s throne of grace and intercede for our children.
Over the next few days, we will be sharing short prayer points with you (1 a day until resumption). You can pray with them directly or use them as a guide to pray for your child(ren). Pray how the Holy Spirit leads you! Also, feel free to add in your children’s names or their teacher’s names specifically.
It is going to be an immensely successful year for us all, in Jesus name.
