The School Owners’ Hangout featured an ‘Inclusion’ session facilitated by Teacher Dumebi. It was designed to help schools foster an environment where every child feels welcomed, respected, and empowered to learn and grow. Key themes centred around helping school owners set strategic vision, address bias, improve staff-student interactions, implement legal requirements, and develop sustainable, culturally responsive practices.
Participants left the session empowered to turn abstract inclusive values into concrete, everyday classroom/school practices.
